This Services Policy outlines the terms governing the online tutoring services provided by tanzil.us (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in our programs, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Service Overview
We provide:
- ✅ One-on-One Tutoring: Personalized virtual sessions in STEM, Languages (English/Arabic/Urdu), and Quranic Studies.
- ✅ Structured Plans: Flexible weekly/monthly schedules (see Plans).
- ✅ Free Demo Sessions: 2 trial classes to evaluate compatibility before payment.
2. Tutor Qualifications
- All tutors undergo background checks and subject-matter vetting.
- Tutors may set session rules (e.g., no late joins, required materials).
3. Session Logistics
- Platform: Sessions hosted on Zoom/Google Meet (we will provide the link).
- Rescheduling: Requires 24-hour notice via email/portal/Whatsapp etc.
- No-Shows: Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Fees: Paid upfront per plan (see Pricing).
- Refunds: Partial refunds only for unused sessions (see Refund Policy).
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate academic needs/goals.
- Ensure stable internet connection and device readiness.
- Respect tutor-student boundaries (zero tolerance for harassment).
6. Limitations
- We do not guarantee specific grades/exam results.
- Technical issues (e.g., power outages) may require make-up sessions (See Makeup Class Policy).
7. Policy Changes
We may update terms with notice via email/website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
